How We Work

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

Shipment will arrive in between 7-8 business days after placing the order, depending on the customer’s location. We will make a delivery confirmation for you in the next working day after receiving order. Product will be delivered in between 8am – 4pm on delivery date. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the traffic condition happens that day.

What are your shipping rates?

For London Area

We have no shipping rate to all destinations inside M25 area.

For Outside London

We have a fixed shipping rate for different product. Shipping rate will be generated automatically after inputting postcode in our checkout page.

Which area do you ship to?

Currently, we do ship to all location in the UK. But in case your location may not be supported by our courier, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays and weekend. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped in the following week. We do apologize that the emergency delivery service (same-day and 1-day delivery) is not available at this moment.

Yes! It is our honour to build up a long-term co-operation relationship with new customers.
